Thema/inhoud:
Er zal in het Engels en Nederlands (combinatie met Engels) worden lesgegeven.
A weekend to get out of your familiar environment, away from the habits and routines of your daily life, to take space for yourself and what you want in life.
In our retreat you develop and deepen your yoga practice. You will be guided through gentle and relaxing yin sessions, aligning hatha and fluid vinyasa practices.
Through (re)connecting to your body, breath and inner being you will be able to set a conscious direction for matters in your life now. Time for reflection and guided self-discovery sessions will contribute to your clarity.
We will explore (re)connection within the group of like-minded people and we have added some surprises to the program.

Locatie: The land of Now, een prachtig retreat centre in Siddeburen.

Er zijn aanwezig: 8 x 1-persoonskamer en 10 x 2-persoonskamer (aparte bedden/op indeling als je alleen komt)
Allen voorzien van privé badkamer
Er bestaat de mogelijkheid om van een voorovernachting gebruik te maken. Deze kan je zelf betalen en regelen bij land of now.
Tarieven:
1-persoonskamer € 640 (NIET MEER BESCHIKBAAR)
2-persoonskamer (op indeling) € 580
De tarieven zijn inclusief:
2 overnachtingen, alle (yoga) lessen, volpension met vegetarische maaltijden, koffie, thee, een huisgemaakte snack in de middag, bedlinnen en handdoeken, gebruik van de sauna (op aanvraag)
De tarieven zijn exclusief:
Extra consumpties van andere aard, reiskosten, reis- en annuleringsverzekering, eventuele andere uitgaves van persoonlijke aard, massage

All have their private bathroom!
There is a possibility to stay a night prior to the start of the retreat. (to be paid and arranged by yourself with the retreat centre)

Prices are including:
2 nights in the accommodation, all (yoga)classes, 3 vegetarian meals a day, coffee, tea, a home made snack in the afternoon, duvet and towels, use of the sauna (on request)
